Azer-Yod LLC, company owned by ISR Group of Companies acquired Nefchala Yod-Brom in year 2004. Starting March 2006, the Neftechala-based plant has begun reconstruction and overhaul by hired US and Russian specialists. Starting year 2006 Azer-Yod accomplished to activate 10 wells and erect two production lines with capacity over 320 tons per year.

Today, Azer-Yod LLC continues to activate existing wells and plan to erect the third production line by the end of 2010. The third production line will allow the company to produce 500 tons per year and further work on development of new wells to maximize production up to 1500 tons per year.
